Columbus Hotell is a hotel in an attractive listed building dating from 1780, and with St Catherine’s Church as its nearest neighbour. The hotel is centrally situated on Sodermalm, one of Stockholm’s most beautiful areas. Here in Sodermalm there is the best of what Stockholm has to offer. In 2000 the hotel was extended by a further 20 rooms. A wine cellar was built under our 18th-century vaults in the basement, providing seating for about 10 people. In 2003 a further 20 rooms were renovated. As a result of this renovation all rooms at the Columbus Hotel now have a shower and toilet.
